The sheets slipped off during the night!!! A thorough cleaning would brighten the place up. dust everywhere, crummy carpet along edges, and a couch needing replacement for comfort!!! Furniture positioning makes charging devices a hassle!!!

I stayed in the King Room, which had some redeeming qualities. The air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, quiet throughout the night. However, I faced several inconveniences. The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the mattress, constantly slipping off. That, combined with the lack of a mattress protector, made the bed feel less appealing. I noticed dust on the furniture, and the overall cleanliness left some room for improvement. Accessing the electrical outlets was tricky. I had to move furniture, which was a hassle. On a positive note, breakfast had plenty of options—eggs, bacon, waffles—with enough variety to please my family. I appreciate the breakfast spread, but a cleaner environment would have made the experience much better.

The air/heating system worked well and was not loud. I loved the handicapped features in the room. It was conveniently located on our route home. Staff were nice and helpful.

my recent stay was fantastic thanks to how close the hotel is to the beautiful franklin ranch community park and just a short stroll to several captivating landmarks in the area, making every city walk delightful and memorable.

So, I stayed in a King Room – it was comfy enough. The air/heating system was really nice and quiet, which I appreciated. Plus, I got a handicapped room with handrails in the bathroom, making things easier. Staff at the front desk were super sweet! Overall, good experience!

Free parking was a plus. The air conditioning was pretty loud at night.
